The Special Events Entertainment Group (SEEG) has emerged as a house hold name in the terms of quality family entertainment since its inception in 2009.

Punjabi VIRSA 2009
With Virsa 2009, the SEEG identified itself as the new star on the horizon. The quality entertainment at the Hill Song theatre helped SEEG establish rapport with huge audience of more than 2000. Impressed with all this, Manmohan Waris, of the Waris Brothers was particularly elated and promised live recording of Virsa 2010 in Australia and kept their promise.
Nachda Punjab 2009
The SEEG organised inaugural National Level Competition Nachda Punjab 2009. The show was an instant hit with wider Punjabi community of Sydney as a first ever quality family entertainment program. National Giddha and Bhangra Competition organised by SEEG at the University of Western Sydney Parramatta on 11 October 2009 has been a big hit. The Competition has not only been the best ever family entertainment but also excellent value for money. The Competition was the first ever of this type in Sydney in which the Bhangra and Giddha teams from across the Nation namely Melbourne, Brisbane and Sydney participated. The show was a sold out with an audience of about 1500
Nachda Punjab 2010
The unparallel success of its predecessor encouraged SEEG to organise Nachda Punjab 2010 that proved to be even a bigger hit. The winner and runners up teams in both events received the prizes of $2100 and $1100, respectively. This was also conducted at the prestigious UWS Auditorium and was sold out.
The neutral International Judgement comprised of Mr. Tejinder Singh and Mr. Garry of Canada. The winners in Bhangra and Giddha bagged the first prize of $2100 each while the runners up, the second prizes of $1100 each in both the categories.
Punjabi VIRSA 2011
The Waris brothers performed live at the Hills Centre on 1 October 2011on their second tour of Australia in as many years. Led by Manmohan Waris, Kamal Heer and Sangtar gave their best performances at the state of art technology venue. This show again turned out to a sell out with a crowd of more than 2000.
Nachda Punjab 2012
Like its two pioneering events in 2009 and 2010, the SEEG is organised Nachda Punjab 2012 at The Hills Entertainment Centre Castle Hill. The competition again showcased the best Bhangra and Giddha teams from across Australia. The event proved not only be the top quality family entertainment but also an opportunity to provide the youngsters born and brought up in Australia an opportunity to have firsthand experience of their culture in form of folkdances and other items on display. We at SEEG, aim to offer the Punjabi families in the Sydney basin with a family entertainment that offers excellent value for money as well as bonding with our cultural heritage. The show proved to be as popular as any top quality commercial show with eye catching performances in front of a huge sold out audience of more than 2000.

The winners in Bhangra and Giddha bagged the first prize of $2100 each while the runners up, the second prizes of $1100 each in both the categories.
Also, as previous years, the teams travelling from other states were provided with travel allowance and accommodation assistance. As our wider community appreciates, such big budget and cultural awareness programs cannot be organized by an individual and takes lot of collective concerted efforts from all interested. The SEEG mobilized financial assistance from Punjabi and wider Indian community and business leaders for this noble cause. As a gesture towards financial assistance for this cause, the SEEG will made every effort to provide maximum exposure to the sponsoring businesses and community organisations during the promotional period of the program.
Gurdas Maan Live (Jogiya) 2012
The show conducted again at the Hills Centre, was the best ever Punjabi show held in Sydney. The show was sold out two days before the performance date of 22 Sep 2012 and it was first time happen in australia in desi show.
Gurdas Maan, true to his abilities to engage the audience like no one else, performed his best and kept them spell bound for three and half hours. Constantly ruling the Punjabi music for over three decades, he still has the charisma which holds the audience during live performances. Gurdas is the Living Legend of Punjab who has successfully taken the Punjabi music from a regional to international level.
